• Beta sign-up data: Full name, company name, business email address, fleet size, and current compliance tracking method when you submit our beta waitlist form.

• Fleet and compliance data: Driver names, CDL numbers, expiration dates, vehicle information, and compliance document details that you enter into the platform.
• Communications: Messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken within the Service.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps.
• Cookies: Session cookies and similar tracking technologies. See Section 7 for details.

• Send you compliance reminders and alert notifications
• Contact beta program applicants to schedule onboarding conversations

We do not sell your personal information or compliance data to third parties.

• Service providers: Cloud infrastructure, database hosting (Supabase), email delivery, and analytics providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

We do not share your fleet compliance records with FMCSA, DOT, or any regulatory body unless required by law or compelled by a valid legal process.

We retain your personal information and compliance data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we retain data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Beta waitlist submissions are retained until you request deletion or until the beta program concludes, whichever comes first.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Encryption at rest for stored data
• Role-based access controls limiting who can access your data
• Regular security reviews and dependency updates

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
